These Service Terms (the “Terms”) explain the conditions that apply to your access to and use of the Website Chattelance and the AI-assisted trading platform, together called the “Service”, made available by Chattelance Ltd. (“Chattelance”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By visiting or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms. If you disagree, you must not access or use the Service.
1. Eligibility to use the Service
You must be at least 18 years old to access the Service. By using it, you confirm that you satisfy this age requirement and have the legal capacity to accept these Terms. Do not use the Service where the law applicable to you prevents access.
2. Creating an account
Full access requires an account with information that is complete, accurate and up to date. Protect your sign-in details and remain responsible for activity carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us promptly at [email protected] if you think another person has accessed the account without permission.
We may limit or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, contain deceptive information or are associated with fraud or abusive behaviour.
3. Service availability and limitations
Chattelance provides AI-assisted market research, trading signals and, where available, automated order placement through connected broker accounts. The Service is intended solely for information and analytical purposes.
- Chattelance does not receive, manage or hold your money. Your funds remain with your brokerage or exchange account.
- We connect to your broker using API keys set up only to view information and perform permitted actions. Those credentials cannot be used to withdraw funds.
- Past performance of a strategy or signal is not a reliable indication of how it may perform in the future.
- Trading carries significant risk, including the possibility of losing the capital you commit.
4. No investment guidance
Platform content Chattelance does not constitute financial, investment, trading or other professional advice. AI-generated outputs and research are general information only. Consider obtaining advice from a suitably qualified financial adviser before deciding whether to invest. Chattelance is not registered or authorised to provide investment advice, brokerage services or financial-planning services.
5. Charges and payment
Some Service features are available only with a paid subscription. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may be amended with 30 days’ notice. Applicable taxes are not included and remain your responsibility. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. At our discretion, a first-time subscriber may qualify for a refund within 14 days of the initial payment.
6. Permitted use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service unlawfully or in breach of an applicable legal obligation.

10. Your indemnity obligations
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Chattelance and its directors, officers, employees and agents from claims, liabilities, losses, damages and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms or infringement of another person’s rights.
